NEWPORT BEACH – Late last week state Sen. John Moorlach, R-Costa Mesa, met at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian with ManaMed Inc. CEO Trevor Theriot to help the donation of 5,000 KN95 protection masks to Hoag Hospital.

“I was pleasantly surprised by Trevor’s unsolicited generous offer to assist with the COVID-19 public health crisis,” Moorlach said. “Knowing Trevor since he was born made it all the more enriching to know a local citizen with extreme prowess was willing to help and help now. I personally called Hoag CEO Robert Braithwaite and received a hearty reception. Trevor’s donation will immediately help Hoag’s safety procedures.”

Said Theriot, “I want to do something that is immediate and maintains a measured impact to stall the threat of the coronavirus to our community. Sen. Moorlach provided me with keen direction, which is very important. We all need whatever it takes to defeat this enemy and help where we can.”

ManaMed Inc is a leading global provider of medical supplies and devices.
